Dropped Stitch Tool
First take a spare machine needle
(standard machine should use the standard needle, the mid gauge and bulky can use from either of those 2)
Cut off the butt end of it
Take a piece of wood that fits comfortably in your hand
Drill a hole in one end of it
Insert cut needle, glue if it won't stay in place
Now depending on which would be right or left handed is how you insert the needle. Shown is for right handed,
just turn the needle around for left handed if the needle will stay in with no glue.
Now you can relatch up from the back side of your work without taking the work off the machine
